Artist Statement: This abstract piece encompasses the effects of a storm. The subtle details of water falling like it runs on your windows as you look outside. The warm tones draw you in giving you a sense of warmth while the drastic contrast gives you a sense of the unknowing on what the storm will be like. The painting encapsulates the voice-tress thunderclouds that layer and spin into one another creating a new form constantly. It reminds me of looking into the center of a storm, knowing that this too shall pass.
